- Have you served at least 181 days of active-duty service during peace?
- Have you served 90 consecutive days of active-duty service during a conflict? – If you have served after 08/02/1990 for at least 90 consecutive days, you are eligible for a VA loan
- Served in the National Guard or Reserves? Did you serve at least 6 years in the National Guard or Reserves?
- Are you a spouse of a military member that died in the call of duty or from a service connected disability?
*If you are an active-duty military member or a veteran and are unsure if you meet these requirements, please contact us to better help serve you. We can pull a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) at no cost to help guide your eligibility. We are a dedicated broker to serve those in Colorado.*
Do I Qualify?
As a rule of thumb, it may be harder to qualify for fixed-rate loans than for adjustable rate loans. When interest rates are low, fixed-rate loans are generally not that much more expensive than adjustable-rate mortgages and may be a better deal in the long run, because you can lock in the rate for the life of your loan.
- Fixed Rates
- Conforming Loans
- Jumbo & Super Jumbo Loans
- FHA, VA, & USDA Loans
- Terms from 5 to 30 Years
